The Vestry
The lay leadership board of a parish church, named from the "vesting" room in which the group met in colonial days. The vestry shares with the clergy the spiritual leadership of the congregation. It also approves the budget and oversees the ministries and programs of the parish.

St. Peter's Church
St. Peter's is a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion through the Episcopal Church in the United States. We uphold traditional Anglican theology that is summarized in the The Historic Creeds, The Book of Common Prayer, The 39 Articles, the Catechism, and The Homilies.
Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church strives to be a community of faithful witnesses to the risen life of Christ and God’s love for this world. We gather weekly, at our sanctuary, for respite and renewal, and to offer each other support from
our daily work in the world.
